Trench1000

Arrival (February 2026)

Trench joined on 19 February 2026 and within minutes was spawn-killed by epicgames323. While epic was busy elsewhere he gathered stone tools at the edge of spawn and found a Trial Chamber, which gave him a solid set of gear, only to die to a skeleton soon after he resurfaced. For two days he wandered around spawn in unenchanted diamond, talking to people and building small huts nearby. StayFreakyXyn gave him some extra items for the journey.

On 22 February he invited old teammates from another SMP, who left within minutes, thinking it was a joke. So he started taking FabricCraft seriously on his own: a small villager hall and basic farms far from spawn, his first Netherite set, and a trip to the End for elytras.

The team

Hearing about his progress, his old teammates GOBBroes, Bordof, SkyoTox and StomaticOca234 joined on 28 February (Trench's team). Trench handed out his spare elytras, and once everyone had full Netherite he and GOBBroes went to the End for a full shulker of elytras, where Trench lagged out and fell into the void.

Soon after, their base was raided by someone never identified. They set up another one straight away. Trench went to spawn looking for geared players and killed barrel_king9193. When the trial by combat against epicgames323 came up, he put himself forward in the vote, but lost heavily to garets.

Bordof and SkyoTox, out base hunting, found the gold farm of ClaymoreMC, leader of VillageHeroes, then the richest team on the server. They went after him; Claymore escaped and self-destructed the VH base he was at.

Meanwhile ItzBlueJ, a player from Trench's old SMP, found the server through a stream by GOBBroes and set out to grief their base and kill the whole team. He and StayFreakyXyn found the base and were destroying it when Trench logged on and called his team in (ItzBlueJ and StayFreakyXyn grief Trench's team base). Freaky ran and combat-logged, but they trapped BlueJ in a hole and killed him. BlueJ never played FabricCraft again; the loss still took the heart out of the team, and the others stepped away.

Double agent and a week on staff (March 2026)

Playing on alone, Trench grew close to VH members coatthegoat and youngercolors0, offering them other high-profile players' base coordinates for profit. His real aim was to get close to VH and then betray them. VH hired him to team with nmkmc11 and leak nmk's coordinates, but nmk was barely playing at the time and Trench gave up on the plan.

He then applied for staff as a joke, and was accepted, to the surprise of the whole server, since he was known as an unserious player and a troll (Trench's three days on staff). He helped with the first spawn rebuild and hung out with Claymore, who asked him to come back and keep helping. When he did, Claymore was waiting on the other side of the portal and blew him up with crystals. Old chat logs of Trench started leaking, and he resigned on 25 March 2026, three days after being accepted.

After that he logged on only occasionally, until he spammed the Discord link of a different server run by the former moderator ScoobyDoorag, which got him IP banned from both the server and the Discord.

Return and Gilded (July 2026)

On 7 July 2026, about three months later, Trench appealed on an alt account and was unbanned. He arrived at spawn with nothing. StomaticOca234, back on the server, offered to help him out; while Stomatic made his way to spawn, MikZonderC killed Trench again and again. Stomatic dropped him an elytra and rockets, and the two escaped across the Nether roof, shaking off Mik and other LOE members. Trench geared up at Stomatic's base, then asked Gilded's leader Ripjaw20 to join GD, and was accepted.

A few weeks later he was given the coordinates of the Mid Base. Using its farms he started his first mega-project, terraforming an Ancient City into an underground megabase, but abandoned it, partly done, to burnout.

hpni and Jimmy Samons

Around then Trench mostly talked on Discord through two alts: hpni, used mostly for trolling, and the more important Jimmy Samons, who taught newer players about the server's history and lore. Jimmy Samons was known as a mysterious player. When ClaymoreMC guessed who was behind it, Trench confirmed it, and Claymore promised to keep it secret. Later, when he learned GD knew he was both hpni and Samons, Trench revealed it to the whole server.

Starting over

When the Mid Base was leaked and self-griefed, Trench decided to start from scratch and placed every shulker from his ender chest at the ruins. He stayed at spawn for a couple of days, then rode out on horseback far across the Nether roof. While AFK he spotted a donkey wandering nearby; its chest held three End portal frames. Gilded was trying to win the Sundered Frames Event, with the dragon egg and a portal at their base as the prize, so Trench traded them the frames for gear. A few days later his horse despawned in a bug, so he settled down and built a makeshift base to gear up again.

He is now working on a project he says will “change FabricCraft forever”, due to start on 14 October 2026. The API lists his account in a guild called “October 14 2026”.
