Help out
Add to the lore
If you were there, you're a source. No wiki skills needed.
How it works
- Post in DiscordStart a thread in the lore forum channel on the Discord. One thread per story.
- Volunteers reviewA moderator claims the thread, checks screenshots and other accounts, and asks follow-up questions.
- It goes liveAn editor writes it up using the right template, links it into the timeline and credits you.
What to include
| What | Why | Example |
|---|---|---|
| When | Places it on the timeline | "Around 12 March", "the week after the first war" |
| Who | Links player and guild pages | IGNs and guild tags of everyone involved |
| What happened | The story itself | In your own words, as much detail as you remember |
| Screenshots | Proof and pictures for the page | F2 screenshots, chat logs, recordings |
| Sources | Lets volunteers cross-check | Other people who were there, Discord message links |
Copy this into your thread:
Title: The fall of [base] When: [date or rough week] Who: [IGNs / guild tags] Type: player / guild / event / war / build Story: [what happened] Proof: [screenshots attached, links] Ask: [who else was there]

Runs the wiki, settles disputes, appoints moderators.
How to become a contributor
- Sign in. Open the contributor login. Signing in with Discord is coming soon; for now an admin can create an email login for you (ask in the Discord).
- Wait in Pending. New accounts start with the Pending role. You can sign in, but you can't edit anything yet.
- Get a role. An admin gives you a role: Writer (write and suggest pages; a moderator approves them), Gallery helper (screenshots), Guild leader (your own guild's page) or Moderator.
Not ready for an account? Posting in the lore forum works just as well. Someone will write it up for you.
For admins: Discord sign-in uses the OAuth redirect URL https://altcraft.xyz/lorekeeper/auth/login/discord/callback.
Rules
- No coordinates of bases that are still in use.
- No doxxing or real-life info about anyone. In-game names only.
- Tell it straight. Where accounts disagree, both versions go on the page.
- Screenshots beat memory. Memory beats nothing.
- Be fair to the losing side. It's their history too.
