epicgame_'s ambush on Thomalexi

Last edited 10 Oct 2026Editors: Altcraft editors (lore drops 1–3)

In early February 2026, epicgame_, then in iron armour, saw Thomalexi fighting someone in a cave near spawn. He drank an invisibility potion, waited for the fight to end, and killed the winner, Thomalexi, taking his maxed diamond armour and elytra. With that gear, epic's spawn killing took off: tens of new players a day, with their heads placed at 0,0.
